It features wooden floors, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a little shared terrace. It is located in the first floor of a big house, there are three totally independent apartments at the property. The rent includes Internet, Cable TV, telephone (local calls only), linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water and building fees. Minimum stay: 3 nights.

It is located in Granada neighborhood, right next to Polanco and ten minutes away from Reforma Avenue, Torre Mayor and Chapultepec Park/Zoo. It is a 10 minutes walk from the huge Carso complex which includes amazing Soumaya Museum, Inbursa Aquarium, Jumex Museum, Telcel theater (the best in latin-america), Antara mall, etc. Also walking distance from Polanco and all its multiple boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, etc.
