The rent includes linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water, building fees and city taxes and maid service once a week. Minimum stay: 7 nights.

It is located one block away from Chapultepec Park/Zoo, Polanco hotel zone and Reforma avenue. Two blocks away from Presidente Masaryk avenue and its multiple luxury boutiques such as Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Cartier, etc. It is located within walking distance from museums, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, malls and a subway station.
