The rent includes internet, linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water, building fees and maid service once a week. Minimum Stay: 3 nights.

It is located with great connections to all the city since the avenues Tlalpan, Insurgentes, Eje Central, Division del Norte and Rio Churubusco are located very near the apartment. Near Coyoacan, the National Center of Arts, UNAM and all the global companies stablished in Tlalpan Avenue. If the guest should decide to cancel the reservation, the prepayment will not be refunded.
