It is located in the second and last floor of a big Polanco house, there are 2 totally independent apartments in the second floor, both Studios share the available washing machine. The second floor (and therefore, both studios) have a private access through spiral stairs, no-elevator. The rent includes Internet, Cable TV, linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water and building fees.

It is located within walking distance from Chapultepec Park/Zoo, Polanco hotel zone and Reforma avenue. One block away from Presidente Masaryk avenue and its multiple luxury boutiques such as Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Cartier, etc. It is located within walking distance from museums, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, banks, malls and a subway station. Buses that go straight to the historic center are available as well.
