It features a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The building has 24h security, swimming pool, gym, terrace, garden, laundry service, etc. The rent includes internet, Cable TV, linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water and building fees. Minimum Stay: 3 nights. There is a parking spot available on request with an extra cost of 10 USD per night, 50 USD per week or 150 USD per month.
