Tasty decorated, this charming flat is perfect to accommodate up to six people, since it has three bedrooms, one of them has a double bed, the other two has a single bed each and it also have a double sofa-bed. Features beautiful wooden floors, a fully-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The building has 24hs security, garage and a swimming pool club (not included in the price). The rent includes internet, cable TV, telephone (local calls only), linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water, building fees, and maid service once a week. Minimum stay: 3 nights.

It is located near the Central Plaza of Coyoacan and all its restaurants, bars, coffee shops, traditional market, drugstores, convenience stores, banks, mall, bakery, supermarket and museums (including the House of Frida Kahlo: La Casa Azul). The UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico) is also near the apartment as well.

If the guest should decide to cancel the reservation, the prepayment will not be refunded.

If you wish to lengthen the stay in the rented apartment, you must contact Mexico City Apartments to check the availability of the property in the dates you need. If the apartment is available, a new reservation can be made for the next period of time. Please note that prices may have changed.
