It features nice decoration, living-dining room with lots of sunlight, a fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The building is taken care of by a porter who lives in it. The rent includes linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water, building fees, city taxes, internet, telephone and maid service once every two weeks. Minimum Stay: 4 nights.
