Cozy furnished apartment for temporary rent in Mexico City, stunning location just two minutes walking away from Reforma Avenue and Roma neighborhood. This comfy flat is perfect to receive four guests, however, up to six people can be accommodated here since the apartment has one double bed, one double sofa-bed and one more double bed can be provided upon request. It features a fully-equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The rent includes Internet, Cable TV, telephone (unlimited calls), linnens and towels, electricity, gas, water and building fees. The apartment is located inside an antique building dating back to the sixties and most of the place still keeps its original conditions. The building and zone are very safe and the neighbors are friendly (most of them have lived here for the last 40 years). The apartment doesn't have much natural light, however, it is properly iluminated by low-power-consumption LED's that don't increase the temperature and are environmentally friendly. Outside the apartment, there is a water pump that gets turned on 5 or 6 times a day ensuring the water service. Please note that the sound of the pump when working can be clearly heard inside the apartment. It takes no time to get used to the sound of the pump, but it is important to consider it. Minimum Stay: 2 nights.

It is located just one block away from Roma neighborhood, with all its restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries, boutiques, etc. It is also located two minutes away walking from Reforma Avenue and all its landmarks and skycrapers. This is the perfect place to stay since you will have everything you need within walking distance like convenience stores (24/7), banks, cinemas, theaters, hospitals, parks and a subway station just one block away. Polanco and La Condesa are also walking distance. The flat is located near the Zócalo, Alameda Central, Bellas Artes and La Ciudadela Crafts Market (all of them 15 minutes subway ride or much less). Walking distance from the huge Chapultepec Park that is the equivalent to Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in London.
