Beautiful apartment located in the very heart of Coyoacan, literally in front of (and with direct view to) the legendary Jardin Centenario, a place full of life and history. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the lovely terrace of our building and enjoy its iconic view while breathing the fresh air of the Coyoacan trees. The apartment includes free WiFi (which also reach the terrace), a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Even though the terrace is a shared area, and it is possible that some time other neighbor can be there, usually the terrace is totally empty all day and everyday. There are only 4 apartments in total in the whole building and the possibility that someone else is at the terrace when you come up should be less than 5%. Inside the apartment you can find a nice red umbrella, you can use it and raise it to the terrace to enjoy the view, just remember that you must lower the umbrella again and place it inside the apartment please. The place is on the first floor. Although there aren't many steps, it's important to keep in mind that you do need to go up a staircase to reach it.
