01.- What is the minimum stay to rent an apartment?

The minimum stay for most of our apartments is one week. Some apartments have shorter or longer minimum stays; however, you can verify the minimum stay of each department in their respective description.

02.- What is the maximum period of time for which I can rent an apartment?

You can rent an apartment for up to six months and you can renew the lease for another six months.

03.- How much do I have to pay to make the reservation and what are the payment options?

You must pay 20% of the total amount of your booking and the pre-payment can be made with credit/debit card or with a bank or Western Union transfer.

04.- When do I have to pay the remaining balance and what are the payment options?

The remaining balance must be paid at check in and the only accepted form of payment is cash, either U.S. dollars or the equivalent in mexican pesos or euros according to the exchange rate on the day of payment.

05.- Am I required to leave a security deposit in order to rent an apartment?

Yes, you must leave a security deposit as a guarantee according to the time of your stay:

a) If your stay will be 2 weeks or less: The equivalent of 1 week’s rent.

b) If your stay will be more than 2 weeks and up to 1 month: The equivalent of 2 week’s rent.

c) If your stay will be more than 1 month: The equivalent of 1 month’s rent.

06.- What happens if I break something?

You will be charged for the broken item according to the value that appears on the apartment’s inventory.

07.- Are there any extra fees for water, electricity, gas or should I pay administrative fees?

The prices of all the apartments include water, electricity, gas and utilities. We just charge $40.00 USD of administrative fees.

08.- Do prices include taxes?

The prices listed in this website do not include taxes.

09.- Are bed linens and towels provided in the apartment?

Yes, all the apartments are provided with bed linens and towels.

10.- How often are the apartments cleaned?

Maid service is included once a week in most of the apartments. The maid service usually does not include the change of linens and towels, except when specified otherwise. More frequent maid service can be provided upon request at an additional charge subject to availability.

11.- At what time can I check in to the apartment?

A representative of our staff will receive you at the apartment to give you the keys and sign the contract in the day and time previously arranged. You can check in at any time after 2:00pm. If there is no other guest leaving the apartment the same day of your arrival, you can check in at any time. If you arrive outside business hours, you will be charged with a “late check in” fee, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.

12.- Who will come to make the ckeck out on my departure day?

The landlord will be at the apartment in the day and time previously arranged to receive back the keys and give you back your security deposit.
